Attractions in Blackpool

Do not miss a thing!

No matter what type of break you’re looking for, Blackpool Has It All for a memorable time with friends and family. With award-winning attractions dotted all around the town, you don’t need to travel far to experience something incredible.

Love the thrills? Blackpool Pleasure Beach has them in buckets AND spades from flagship coaster ICON to The Big One. Prefer to splash about? Chill out in 84-degree sub-tropical paradise at Sandcastle Waterpark with slides and attractions to keep you squealing all day long.

Prefer to go traditional? A visit isn’t complete without visiting the jewel in our crown, The Blackpool Tower. While away an afternoon with a spot of afternoon tea as dancers twirl around you on the dancefloor of the Tower Ballroom, or perhaps have a rib-tickling time at The Blackpool Tower Circus with Mooky and Mr. Boo! On a clear day, you can see North Wales and the Lake District from The Blackpool Tower Eye, but in The Blackpool Tower Dungeons, you can’t see much at all – so be careful of what lingers in the dark! Those wanting to get up close with animals will love Blackpool Zoo and SEA LIFE Blackpool, and celeb spotters can rub shoulders with the stars at Madame Tussauds.

If you’d prefer to take it easy, trundle along the Promenade on a Heritage Tram Tour or enjoy the serenity of Stanley Park’s sweeping gardens.

For evening entertainment, Winter Gardens Blackpool and Grand Theatre Blackpool both have impressive year-round programmes of musical theatre, plays, concerts and pantomimes, and nothing beats a wander down the Prom to enjoy one of our spectacular sunsets.
